Automate your bill payments

Benefit has recently designed and implemented a national Direct Debit facility similar to those operated in other countries worldwide.

There has been strong encouragement from the (CBB) for banks to participate in and promote this service.

Direct Debit is an automated mechanism that allows for the efficient collection and settlement of payments that are made on a regular basis. Typical types of bills collected this way include utility payments, telephone bills, loan or credit card payments, school fees, mortgages, etc.

Direct Debits provide substantial advantages and cost savings compared to other payment methods, such as cash, cheque, credit card or standing orders, for institutions that collect bills on a regular basis.

Within Bahrain , all Direct Debit payment requests will be processed for and on behalf of the Banks by The BENEFIT Company, providing a single, consistent interface to both Banks and Bill Originators.
